please do not take my credit i just found this command and dont know who made it so im not claiming i made it

so change the text has won game! to what ever you want here is an idea for a chat map for you talking 

/tellraw @a {"text":"","color":"blue","extra":[{"selector":"@p"},{["text":"] yo"}]}

note this command may work for 1.9 plus i do not remember but any way have fun with this

simple command [but kinda complex]
