Here i show u how to apply UNLIMITED amounts to ur potion effects.....When u get to the AMPLIFIER command, replace what ever numbers there with...691062....then change the DURATION number with...999999.....THEN APPLY..

.../give @p potion 1 8193 {CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:3,Amplifier:691062,Duration:19999980}],display:{Name:"Unlimited Amount.."}}   Hope this helps and ..Enjoy !
