The VFFS Packaging process starts by forming a pouch or bag from a roll of packaging film. The film is pulled down vertically from the roll and formed into a tube. The bottom of the tube is sealed by a horizontal sealing bar, and the product is then dropped into the tube from a filling system located above. The top of the tube is then sealed by another horizontal sealing bar, and the tube is cut to create an individual package.
