Orewa Preschool is a purpose built early childhood centre since 1997 in NZ. Early childhood learning is important to the success of a child’s development.

Welcome to Orewa Preschool – a home away from home for all our Tamariki. We pride ourselves on being a boutique preschool, with a familiar, consistent teaching team in the heart of the beautiful hibiscus coast. Here, we encourage Manaaki te katoa – being kind to all. We are guided by Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and acknowledge the multicultural community we live in. We value inclusive, respectful relationships, and this is shown through our wonderful bonds with our children, our easy going relationships with parents and whanau and our familiar trusting relationships throughout our teaching team. We embrace the principle of Ako, where both tamariki and nga Kaiako learn from one another.

We’re passionate about the precious children in our care developing a strong sense of self worth, responsibility and independence, and this is taught through positive role modelling, patience and persistence as they master the essential skills needed to care for themselves throughout life.
