I used another command to figure this one out. This was the previous command: /replaceitem entity @p slot.armor.head skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"MHF_Herobrine"} 

This is the new command: /replaceitem entity @p slot.armor.head skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"MHF_"}
