Zoom in/Zoom out in minecraft one command

This is a zoom editor in minecraft. Short command, and no large structures hanging around.

Note: Zoom in makes you slower, zoom out makes you faster, jump 24/7 to remove this effect.

Sorry about destruction, you would not want to be spammed by paper anyway :) use this away from anything precious
